Quantum Healing through Chanting Mantras

It’s a co-creative process that relies heavily on your belief to create your own healing events. You are just as much a part of the process as any practitioner who you’ve sought out to help you. And as long as you have the capacity to believe, there’s virtually nothing you can’t overcome.

A mantra is a sacred word, sound or phrase, often in Sanskrit, recited within a wide variety of religious and spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Yoga. The word mantra is derived from two Sanskrit roots; manas meaning 'mind' and tra meaning 'tool'. 

The act of your tongue pressing against the palate of the mouth stimulates the hypothalamus, thalamus, and pituitary. When you recite a mantra, you hit the palate with your tongue. In the palate, there are 84 meridian points: 64 in the hard palate and 20 in the soft palate.

This vibration emanating from the hypothalamus directs the actions of the pituitary gland and governs the endocrine systems. It is also in charge of releasing chemicals and hormones throughout the body and to the brain. This vibration releases chemical hormones that balance the body and have healing effects.

As a Reiki Master and a clear channel, I will be connecting with you energetically providing healing reiki energy during the 11 minute chanting practice. I will also provide guidance in whatever surfaces during this time as being a clear channel allows me to receive messages at times. I am also able to provide the tools needed for you to process your traumas, stressors or "shadow" aspects that may come up or be revealed during this 40 day manta immersion through my education as a nurse and masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology, along with my personal healing journey I have embarked upon for the last 10 years. 

We will be doing this via Zoom or Facetime at the same scheduled time every day. This will be determined by the time that is most convenient for you. If a day needs to be missed, it will still count the 40 day total immersion journey and you will do your chanting individually for that day. 

Having a journal that daily or weekly reflections can be written in, is highly recommended along with the ability to commit to 20-30 minutes a day, for 40 days.
