 Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made up of two words – Rei which means “God’s wisdom or Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” Reiki is translated as “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki is based on the belief that an unseen energy flows through us and sustains life. If this energy is low we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. By raising this energy and removing blocks, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Reiki clears and straightens the energy pathways around and through the body, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. I am a channel for the energy. Reiki can never do any harm and does not require any special religious beliefs or, indeed, any belief at all.  It will work whether the recipient believes in it or not. However, we know that mind and body work together to promote healing, so holding positive thoughts and being willing to let go of old, negative beliefs contributes to the feeling of well being and ultimately, to healing.

Reiki does not replace traditional medical treatments. STAY UNDER THE CARE OF YOUR DOCTOR OR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER AND CONTINUE THE TREATMENT(S) THEY RECOMMEND. Whatever treatments you are receiving, medications etc., Reiki enhances their healing qualities and effectiveness. Reiki is particularly effective to prepare the body for surgery, to enhance healing after surgery, to help reduce pain, to deal with the side effects of medical treatments and to promote restoration to health. I provide Reiki Starseed Energy/Frequency technique, as I have combined my Energy healing capabilities with a machine called the NX pro that runs 0-10,000 Hz through the body every second.

Solar Plexus Chakra  — Our ability to be confident and in control of our lives.

Throat Chakra — Our ability to communicate. Express ourselves and speak truth with grace and ease.

Third Eye Chakra — Our ability to focus on and see the big picture. Use imagination.

Crown Chakra — The highest chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually.
