Kundalini Yoga

This is the yoga of awareness, which uses specific technology to awaken the mind, body and soul.  There are over 12,000 Kriya's (set of exercise's) that support physical, emotional and spiritual needs. I offer one on one private sessions to enhance and deepen your practice and focus on your individual needs. These sessions are 75-90 minutes long and entail a meditation/chanting along with reiki energy and tuning forks being given during the deep relaxation period. I also travel to your home.  $99 a session.

I offer group, retreat or Air B&B session up to 90 minutes long, and up to 50 people. I have a healer that does massage and sound baths that can join these sessions if interested. All that is included in the private sessions, will be incorporated for these events. If you have a special event that you are planning and would like to treat yourself and those you care about, this is a perfect addition.   

2-7 people $55/person 8-12 people $50/person 13-18 people $45/person 19-24 people $40/person, 25-30 $30/person, higher than 30 people will discuss price based off event, travel and space provided.
