I’m now opening space for 1:1 spiritual mentorship sessions via Google Meet to support those moving through the multidimensional shifts of embodiment, awakening, and integration.

These 30-minute sessions are heart-led, intuitive, and grounded in frequency, energy, and remembrance.

What You May bring into session:

• Sudden energy surges or bodily sensations you don’t understand
• Emotional waves, anxiety, or a sense of not being able to “land”
• Post-ceremony integration (plant medicine, spiritual initiations, etc.)
• A feeling of being disconnected from your body, Earth, or purpose

• A longing for soul-aligned guidance from someone who gets it

What I bring to the session:

I walk this path as a wounded healer—someone who has lived the work, not just studied it.

As a single mother of two for 18 years, I’ve navigated the depth of responsibility, self-reliance, and heart-centered resilience. I’ve moved through the fires of trauma and addiction. And through it all, I’ve remembered who I am—and now I help others do the same.

Each session is a collaborative journey into alignment. I listen deeply to your field and offer insight, energetic support, and practical tools to help bring your system back into balance.

My Toolkit includes:

• Master’s in Spiritual Psychology + Bachelor’s in Psychology
• Over 20 years as Nurse (trauma, end of life- and addiction-informed)
• Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (meditations, mantras, breathwork)
• Intuitive energy work and frequency healing
• Hydration & organ support protocols (e.g., kidney detox, nervous system repair) as a Certified Hydrocolon Therapist
• Grounding, earthing, journaling & somatic resourcing practices
• Experience with multidimensional integration and soul retrieval through a Kundalini Awakening in 2013 and most recent one early 2025.
